4.1 Destinations : Unfortunately at Crave we do not currently offer delivery of any of our products. Although we do offer ‘Click and Collect’ linked within our store and website.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1 Returns Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that certain items, such as hair brushes, styling tools, and cosmetics, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

6.2 Faulty Products: If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

6.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at 022 439 9451 within the return period. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as Crave, The Hair Studio is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6.4 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be applied to your original payment method.

6.5 Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired product. We cannot reserve or hold items for exchange.

7. Gift Vouchers and Store Credit

7.1 Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers purchased through our website are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

7.2 Store Credit: In the event of a return, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Crave, The Hair Studio - Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To help us manage our bookings and continue providing the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy.

  • 24 Hours Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service will apply.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a valid reason for canceling within 24 hours, please contact us directly, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
