We believe we can impact the challenges that our planet is facing most effectively by reducing our total energy and water consumption. We reformulate our formulas and we focus on responsible ingredients from a natural source.
PRODUCTS
We are investing in lighter and recyclable packaging and concentrated formulas. This way we use fewer resources such as paper, water, and plastic. We also save CO2 emissions when transporting our products.
KEUNE IS 100% CRUELTY-FREE
KEUNE is a 100% cruelty-free company from they day they created Keune in 1922. We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals. And we choose not to sell in countries where animal testing is required by law.
Keune supports a vegan lifestyle, and therefore we included several vegan hair products in our assortment. For example, our current So Pure line is 100% vegan.

We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To help us manage our bookings and continue providing the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy.

24 Hours Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service will apply.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a valid reason for canceling within 24 hours, please contact us directly, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
