Crave The Hair Studio - Cancellation Policy

We totally get it life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule.  to keep the hair magic flowing smoothly for everyone. 

We ask that you follow our cancellation policy with a smile (or at least a sympathetic frown).

24 Hours Notice
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us time to make someone else’s day with your freshly available spot.

Late Cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we’ll need to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Sickness Policy (Don’t Bring Your Germs!)
If you’re feeling under the weather, please stay home! We love you but we love not catching your germs even more. If you’re sick please give us a call as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment without the 50% fee. The health of our team and clients is priority number one.

You’ll get a full pass (no fee) if you're genuinely sick just don’t bring your contagious self in here, we promise your hair will still look fabulous later.

Exceptional Circumstances
Life throws curveballs sometimes, and we get it. If you have a legit emergency situation, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
